Universal Monsters art exhibition

In celebration of the undying legacy of Universal Monsters, Sideshow and CODA have partnered to unleash a series of art exhibitions and screenings showcasing a lineup of stunning new deluxe statues and exclusive variant movie posters by some of the world’s top artists.

Local collectors in Southern California and Texas will have an opportunity to see these upcoming collectibles in person with two gallery exhibits and two film screenings during the month of October.

On Sunday, October 5Beyond Fest at the Los Feliz Theater in Los Angeles, CA will host a special matinee screening of Frankenstein (1931), where attendees will have an opportunity to purchase an event-exclusive screen printed poster by Sachin Teng.

Starting on October 24, two exhibits will open simultaneously in Los Angeles, CA, and Austin, TX. Fans can stop by Celebrity Authentics at Universal City Walk in Los Angeles, CA from October 24 to November 2 to get a look at new Premium Format™ Figures and movie posters coming soon from Sideshow and CODA.

At the same time in Austin, TX, fans can visit Canopy Gallery to see a curated collection of alternative movie posters and limited-run screenprints, with event-exclusive editions available for purchase.

Finally, on October 31, the world-famous Egyptian Theater in Hollywood, CA will host a special screening of The Mummy (1932). Attendees will have a chance to purchase an event-exclusive screen printed poster by Francesco Francavilla.
